Quality management
Finding an organisation that you can really trust with your quality is one of the hardest challenges in supplier selection.
At Wearset, we not only have the right skills and knowledge to ensure the quality but we organise them into quality management systems that are designed to safeguard the quality to (at least) match your expectations.
Our quality management system is based on two principles:
Quality First
Build quality in early. By identifying and amending non-conformances at the earliest possible stage, it is possible to build a workflow system in which your title progressively improves as it proceeds. Not only does this provide proofs as clear as possible satisfying authors and publishers alike, but it also eliminates the symptoms of over-production – poor quality, failure to meet deadlines and budgets.
Continuous improvement
Our quality team continually review the way we work and the standards we work to. If we’re not satisfied with the way any operations work then you can be guaranteed we will re-engineer it to find a better way. Improvements are not only self-driven. We welcome customer feedback at any time and in order to make sure we are on-track, we conduct formal feedback surveys regularly. Use this link if you have any current feedback or wish to register for the next survey.
