The
production process and schedule are explained
to the author in our introductory letter and
contact with the author is maintained. We will
advise the publisher if changes or suggestions
made by the author are likely to incur costs
or affect schedules, having first tried to resolve
matters ourselves.
We normally courier/post proofs directly to
the author(s).
