By rail:

Newcastle Central and Sunderland are the nearest main-line rail stations for access to Wearset. Please contact us and we shall arrange to pick you up.

By air:

Newcastle International Airport is the nearest airport. Please contact us and we shall arrange to pick you up.

By road:

From the north: Travel south on the A19 travelling through the Tyne Tunnel if necessary (toll required). Continue south to Testos roundabout (junction of A184) and turn left (signposted Sunderland North). Turn left at the next roundabout and then left again at the traffic lights on to Witney Way. Carry straight on for approx. 400m into the Hi-Tech Village. Wearset is situated in Unit 1 on the left.

From the south (A19): Travel north on the A19 until Testos roundabout (junction of A184) and turn right (signposted Sunderland North). Turn left at the next roundabout and then left at the traffic lights on to Witney Way. Carry straight on for approx. 400m into the Hi-Tech Village. Wearset is situated in Unit 1 on the left.

From the south (A1): Travel north on the A1(M) and then veer right on to the A194(M) after Washington services (junction 65). At the roundabout at the end of the A194(M), turn right on to the A184 Sunderland and follow the instructions below.

From the west (Gateshead/Newcastle): Follow signs for the A184 Sunderland. Continue along the A184 to Testos roundabout and take the second exit. Turn left at the next roundabout and then left at the traffic lights on to Witney Way. Carry straight on for approx. 400m into the Hi-Tech Village. Wearset is situated in Unit 1 on the left.

From the east (Boldon/Cleadon/Sunderland North): Travel north or south along the A1018 Newcastle/Shields Road. Turn left or right on to the A184 heading towards Boldon. Stay on the A184 through Boldon, following signs for Newcastle/Gateshead. Turn right at the roundabout at the BMW/Mini garage/Travelling Man public house. Turn left at the traffic lights on to Witney Way. Carry straight on for approx. 400m into the Hi-Tech Village, Wearset is situated in Unit 1 on the left.

By Metro and bus:

Recommended routes: Bus 26A from either Sunderland City Centre (Park Lane Interchange) or Newcastle/Gateshead (Heworth Metro). Bus 57 from either Heworth Metro or South Shields town centre.

Alight either bus at Boldon Colliery Asda leaving you a ten minute walk to Wearset. Following the main road with Asda on your left, turn left at the roundabout, past Pizza Hut, Frankie & Benny’s and McDonalds, walk straight over the next roundabout and turn right at the traffic lights on to Witney Way. Walk straight on for approx. 400m into the Hi-Tech Village, Wearset is the first unit on the left.
